Pabisa Sofia — Renovation of the lobby, reception and buffet area

Renovating a hotel’s common areas is a challenge and, at the same time, an opportunity to provide it not only with new functionality, but also to convey brand values: comfort, efficiency, modernity and freshness.

Two construction paces, two levels of technical requirements: while the lobby called for careful finishes and continuity of the marble flooring, the dining area required strict coordination of building services (extraction, gas, electricity) and compliance with hospitality regulations.

All of this was carried out in harmony; the works met the quality standards for execution as well as the tight construction schedule, all with the aim of commissioning it before the start of the tourist season.

Scope of Work

• Full refurbishment of the lobby and lounge area (marble flooring)
• Renovation of the reception and vending area
• Complete refurbishment of the dining/buffet area
• New buffet line and lighting
• Phased construction planning to respect the hotel’s operations.
