A full renovation usually takes longer, generally between 6 and 12 months from the start of works, depending on the size of the property, its starting condition and the level of detail in the project. Before work begins, you also need to factor in the design, permitting and licensing phase.

We currently focus all our projects in Mallorca, which allows us to guarantee close, high-quality oversight at every stage of the build.

We prepare a detailed, closed budget before starting the project, broken down by line items and chapters. Any change or addition during the project is documented and approved by you before being carried out, so there are no surprises in the final invoicing.
