Yes. Depending on the type of work and whether it’s a single home or a whole building, grants can cover between 40% and 80% of the cost, with amounts ranging from around €3,000 to more than €18,000 per home, plus income tax (IRPF) deductions. Amounts and deadlines vary and it’s worth checking them before starting the project.
Do I need an energy certificate before and after the works?
Yes, it’s an essential requirement to justify the grant: an energy efficiency certificate is needed before the works and another afterward confirming the improvement achieved.
