Renovating without stopping the business.
Hotel Pabisa Orlando needed to renovate its reception and common areas within a very tight timeframe, without closing its doors or interrupting the season. A common challenge in the hospitality sector, where every day of construction work is a day of occupancy at stake.
Our team planned the intervention in phases, coordinating trades and execution schedules to minimize the impact on the hotel’s daily operations.
The result: a renovated reception area with new flooring finishes, wood cladding, lounge area furniture, and an integrated retail area, designed to make a first impression worthy of the rest of the guest experience.
